Clarks Desert Boots and dungarees

7 April 2016

This blog post contains gifted items from Clarks.

Clarks very kindly sent me a new pair of Desert Boots. I chose the sand coloured pair as I thought they’d look good with bare legs or nude tights, and guess what? I was right.

I love them. I think I love them even more than my black pair of Clarks Desert Boots. Once I’ve worn them in a little more, I honestly don’t think they’ll leave my feet very often.

I must remember to spray some suede protector on them though, as I would hate for these beauties to get ruined in the inevitable April showers.

Little hints of spring keep teasing me into thinking I can wear outfits like this and not freeze to death. It was perfect a couple of days ago with a light jacket, but now it’s chilly again.

At least I can look forward to wearing cute outfits like this when the weather decides to be a bit more reliable… I’m hoping by May the weather will be drier, and it’ll be much safer to wear my suede desert boots.

Onto my adorable pink corduroy dress. I finally got around to buying one of these pinafores after adding them to my wishlists for the past few months.

I love how comfy and soft this dress is is, and it looks so cute with my favourite striped top from Zara, which I love because it’s a diagonal stripe, instead of your traditional horizontal stripe.

I’m not quite ready to let go of the long sleeves just yet.
